This page describes the steps for scheduling a technical check with a technical supervisor.
Step One: Prep for the tech check
- Plan to hold the technical check at the location that you plan to be in for the actual event.
- Schedule the technical check at approximately the same time as the actual event to allow for similar natural lighting.
- Use the same computer, camera and microphone for the tech check and the event.
- Connect the computer to the internet using a ethernet cable or high speed Wi-Fi.
Step Two: Schedule the Tech Check
Step Three: Download, complete, sign and email the agreement form.
